Ima Veani Chanukah parties December 11 & 25

Come and join in the fun as we celebrate Chanukah with crafts,sufganyot,’dmei chanukah’ and menorah lighting for the little ones-ages 0-5 years at ‘Ima Veani’.This year we will be having two parties December 11 & 25 from 10:00pm-12:00pm at Rose bay playgroup O’sullivan road (entrance of the golf course) cost:$5 per family.

Sunday December 21 Westfield bondi Junction Between 5:30-7:00

Between 5:30-7:00 Westfield Bondi Junction will host Chanukah entertainment featuring sparkles the clown,face painting,live music by fascination and photo’s taken with Judah the Macabee.Dougnuts and Cahnukah gelt will be availale. The festival will take place on level 6 (next to the cinema)



Monday December 22 7:30pm Martin place.

Giant Menorah lighting, Menorah car parade, live ice-carving of a Menorah and fire shows.



Tuesday December 23 Steyne Park Double Bay from 4-9pm.

Carnival with rides,dodgems cars,BBQ,live music and dancing,bungee jumping and pony rides.The lighting of the Chanukah menorah will be followed by fireworks



Sunday December 28 Bondi Beach from 6pm.

Join Chabad for Israeli’s and Chabad of Bondi Beach for their grand Chanukah experience. All eight candles will be lit with a carnival environment featuring jumping castles, face painting and magicians and a BBQ

'Mummy Moment' Starting this week.: a brief 5-10 minutes structured discussion about different topics each week that relate to parenting, relationships and how to make the Jewish festivals meaningful for you & your families! We will give it a try a couple of minutes before circle time and see how it goes!

Tu Bshvat Party

Wow what a great turnout! Believe it or not but there was exactly enough plants for the 20 children that had fun at Thursdays Tu Bishvat party! The kids had a great time planting their own spinach trees. Let’s see who can keep their plant alive the longest!

'Tu B'shvat Hegiya Chag La-ilanot...'

This Thursday January 24.We're going to celebrate Tu'Bshvat-the New Year for trees with a special party! The kids will have fun planting some trees and together we are going to make, (and eat!)a delicious fruit salad! Of course we're going to sing and learn some special Tu'Bishvat songs…Bring along one piece of fruit and some spades and buckets!

This Thursdays theme is 'Simcha'- Hapiness.

Our activity this week is decorating cookies with smily faces and face painting for the kids! We will also learn some new 'Happy' songs!

IF WEATHER IS GOOD-BRING ALONG A SWIMMING COSTUME FOR THE KIDS AND WE WILL TAKE OUT THE WADDLE POOL
